In the restaurant, which benefits from a terrace overlooking the sea, you can savour a range of locally produced cheeses and meats that embody the finest Sardinian culinary traditions.
Moreover, the hotel's two highly regarded chefs serve up an array of Sardinian specialities based on exceptionally fresh seafood, including local prawns, swordfish, tuna, grouper and scorpion fish, all of which are supplied directly by local fishermen.

The cafeteria

The cafeteria offers a rich buffet breakfast, with the choice of intercontinental, continental, Italian or local options.

Wine bar and Snack bar

In the wine bar, you can enjoy classic specialities and innovative new wines produced by Sardinia's leading wineries (with a range of aperitifs to match your starters and main courses).
The ground floor plays host to the TV room (with SKY TV) and the bar, which is open throughout the day.
